- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I've had my business account here for nearly a year. This location is easy access and is a very nice, well kept building as expected for a bank. The architecture and large pillars remind me of a church. There is a drive through and parking in the rear with a ramp for handicapped entry. Wait time is always minimal. Discussing a business loan was actually pleasant without any judgmental attitude. Just kind advice and suggestions. This bank has not messed up my account or made any errors unlike my personal bank. I am considering switching all our accounts as a result. The staff is friendly, efficient and polite. Always respectful even when I first opened my account with very little income to add. The debit card is customizable with your own image. The only complaint is have is that the online banking software layout is horribly buggy and out of date. It is not intuitive and this is coming from someone with extensive online and website experience. Thankfully, I can access what I need.
